As the Operations Director of Titanium Electrical Group, Ashley brings a comprehensive set of skills and qualities essential for steering the company’s day-to-day functions with finesse. Ashley is a strategic thinker, adept at developing and implementing efficient operational processes that enhance productivity and streamline workflows. Her keen analytical skills allow her to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic initiatives that optimise resource utilisation.

James who is originally from England, is our leading electrical supervisor. James recognises the importance of effective communication and collaboration within the electrical industry. Developing strong interpersonal skills and teamwork is a priority, he believes that successful projects require not only technical expertise but also effective coordination among team members.

Liam is a seasoned electrician whose journey in the electrical industry has been marked by dedication, expertise, and a passion for excellence. Growing up fascinated by the inner workings of electrical devices, Liam decided early on to turn his interest into a lifelong career. With a solid foundation in electrical engineering, Liam embarked on an apprenticeship that laid the groundwork for her extensive knowledge of electrical systems.

Ryan has been working closely with Callum since Callum founded the company January 2020. With a growing awareness of the environmental impact of energy consumption, Ryan envisions a future where electrical systems are not only efficient but also eco-friendly. As part of this vision, Ryan is committed to staying updated on the latest advancements in renewable energy and smart technologies, aiming to integrate these solutions into future electrical projects. Ryan is responsible for our Solar projects within the company.

Leon places a strong emphasis on mentorship and knowledge-sharing within the electrical community. Leon, also from England, actively engages with apprentices, sharing insights and practical wisdom garnered from years of experience. By fostering a collaborative and supportive environment, Leon hopes to contribute to the growth and development of the next generation of electricians.

Following in his big brothers’ footsteps Jackson joined our team in 2022 as a full-time electrical apprentice after finishing school. Jackson is a dedicated and ambitious employee with a passion for all things related to electricity and technology. Looking ahead, he aspires to become a licenced electrician and eventually establish a consultancy focused on sustainable electrical solutions.

After completing high school, Ryan decided to pursue a career in electrical work, enrolling in an apprenticeship program to gain hands-on experience and formal education in the field. As an electrical apprentice, Ryan has embraced the challenges of learning the intricacies of electrical systems, from basic wiring to advanced circuitry. Under the mentorship of our seasoned electricians, Ryan has honed practical skills and developed a keen eye for detail.
